Ferndale is located about 15 miles northwest of Bellingham, a short and pleasant 15-minute trip from Bellingham through fertile farmland. Known for its yearly Scottish Highland Games and Civil War Reenactment, it also boasts a view of both Mount Baker and Bellingham Bay--at the same time!
