Fairhaven is an historic district at the south end of Bellingham Bay. While it is the smallest neighborhood within the City of Bellingham, it is the only one with everything needed to be a complete city. Grocery stores, restaurants, unique stores and galleries can be found on almost every street in "downtown Fairhaven."
Many homes are within walking distance to the beautiful buildings in this area. Some of the best views of the sunset over Bellingham Bay can be seen from Fairhaven, and some of Bellingham's most unique community events are held in Fairhaven.
